I must say I agree with one of the guys (he is from the Alabama Chapter) that is helping back the purchase/renovation loan for the Epsilon Upsilon House.

Right now I have managed to get the final amount needed for the loan guarantee down to just $32,000 remaining to be covered.  Of the total amount covered 13 ASU Sig's have stepped up to help as have 13 Sig's from Chapters other than Epsilon Upsilon.  The telling thing however is that ASU Sig's are only covering $140,100.00 of the loan while non-ASU Sig's have stepped up to cover $209,300.00.  Makes me feel like I am wasting my time to help ensure a Sigma Chi legacy at ASU. Especially when four ASU Sig's that said they were stepping up did not meet their commitment and have now left us high and dry.

If any of you can help with any part (even if it is just 32 guys stepping up to cover $1,000.00 each) of covering the deficit in loan guarantees please contact me immediately by either email or call me at 480-610-8234.
