Just to let the Epsilon Upsilon Alums and the Greater Phoenix Area Alumni Brother's know that I found out this morning that our loan to purchase the property from ASU has been approved!

Now we just need to get ASU to deal honestly with us (and the other five houses) as we move to close sometime in September/October.

This summer we put a new roof on the Residence portion of the structure and are working on some minor repairs and fixes before embarking on some major work. They new officers just got back from workshop and are all pumped with new ideas and fresh perspectives for the coming year.

We are planning on having an Open House celebration this coming spring to which all Alums and Area Brothers will be invited too as we celebrate turning this new page in our Chapter's history at ASU.
